This position is responsible for driving consistent business expansion in the Korean region, identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving trading volume targets. The role focuses on promoting the growth of futures trading business in the target region by discovering opportunities, establishing customer connections, and meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the futures trading business in the Korean market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase trading volume.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and growth metrics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3 cryptocurrency business development or sales.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving a monthly futures trading volume exceeding $30 million USD (verifiable proof required during application).
- Established network of local clients or partner resources in the Korean region.
- Fluent in Korean; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
- Prior verified BD/sales experience in a Web3 cryptocurrency exchange.
- Ability to provide verifiable records of monthly futures trading volumes exceeding $30 million USD (documentation required upon application).
