Job Description

Business Development & Growth: Responsible for contract business expansion in Chinese-speaking regions and target Asian markets. Identify high-value partnership opportunities, establish and maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly trading volume targets.

Channel & Community Expansion: Develop and maintain partnerships with channels, introducing brokers (IBs), institutions, and KOLs, with a focus on key communities such as trading groups in Chinese-speaking regions, Telegram/Discord quantitative groups, and Southeast/East Asian Chinese trader circles.

Partner Management: Act as the official representative to connect, develop, and maintain partnerships with trading KOLs, IBs, trading academies, and copy-trading teams to establish long-term strategic alliances.

IB System Development: Recruit and nurture regional master agents, build an efficient IB system, and optimize the operational mechanisms of Affiliate and Referral programs.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing activities (trading competitions, incentive programs, joint promotions, etc.) to enhance the platform's brand influence and user engagement in Asian markets.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product and operations teams to gather market and user feedback, driving contract product optimization and user experience improvements.

Job Requirements

Experience: Prior BD or sales experience in Web3 cryptocurrency exchanges.
Performance: Average monthly contract trading volume of at least $50 million.
Resources: Established local client, trading community, KOL, or partner networks in Chinese-speaking or Asian regions (including Southeast Asia, East Asia, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Hyperliquid Ecosystem: Familiarity with Hyperliquid’s ecosystem and product mechanics; prior experience using on-chain perpetual contracts is a plus.
DEX/On-Chain Derivatives: Experience in BD for decentralized exchange (DEX) contracts, with knowledge of perpetual contracts and on-chain trading ecosystems.
Top Exchange Background: BD experience at Top 20 CEX or Top 5 Perp DEX platforms.
Traditional Finance Derivatives: Prior BD or sales experience in CFD/FX/precious metals/spread betting/brokerage/financial derivatives industries.

Bonus Points

Deep understanding of major trading platforms such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, and Hyperliquid.
Active trader with hands-on contract trading experience.
Experience in building a trading user growth system from scratch.
Familiarity with DeFi, RWA, on-chain asset issuance, and trading ecosystems.
