Job Description:
Bullbit Perp Dex are looking for a high-impact Business Development profile with a strong focus on driving trading volume (futures/perps) in the Web3 space.
This is not a traditional marketing or listing role — it’s about creating deals that generate real growth (users, liquidity, volume).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with relevant Web3 projects, protocols, and communities where Bullbit has a strong strategic fit (DeFi protocols, trading communities, wallets, launchpads, chains, KOL networks, etc.).
- Understand partner needs and uncover win-win collaboration opportunities — from co-marketing and integrations to liquidity support and user acquisition.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, closing, and execution follow-up.
- Translate partnerships into impactful marketing and growth initiatives such as co-branded campaigns, announcements, AMAs, and community activations that drive volume and visibility.
- Maintain a clear and structured pipeline, with regular reporting on progress, bottlenecks, and outcomes.
Job Requirements:
Must have:
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including its culture, incentive structures, and key components (DeFi, DEXs, airdrops, KOL networks, etc.).
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships within the crypto space, ideally across DeFi protocols, trading communities, ecosystem partners, or KOL networks.
- Skilled in identifying synergies between projects and crafting compelling partnership narratives that go beyond surface-level collaborations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently represent the company in external discussions and negotiations.
- Self-driven and proactive mindset — able to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute independently without close supervision.
Nice to have:
- Experience with trading-focused DeFi products (perps, derivatives, etc.).
- Existing connections within the Base ecosystem or similar blockchain ecosystems.
- Background in community growth, KOL management, or growth marketing.
- Comfortable participating in public-facing activities (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, podcasts).
- Experience working in early-stage crypto startups or fast-paced environments.
