Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to establish and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the cryptocurrency space. This role involves identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with influential figures to drive collaboration and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to KOLs in the cryptocurrency field to establish initial collaboration intentions (copy trading experience/resources required).
- Responsible for screening KOLs, conducting preliminary negotiations, and advancing partnerships to achieve weekly collaboration targets.
- Organize and maintain a KOL resource database, regularly updating collaboration progress and feedback.
- Assist in optimizing BD communication strategies and workflows to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align KOL collaborations with business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development or account management within cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Extensive network of local KOL resources with ability to quickly establish partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Web3/KOL community ecosystems and local market dynamics.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with ability to independently achieve user and trading growth targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and local language.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure partnership effectiveness.
