Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive the global expansion and market penetration of our contract trading platform (App). The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive promotion strategies to enhance product market share through precise customer acquisition and refined operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global promotion strategies for the contract trading platform (App).
- Maximize product market share through targeted customer acquisition and operational excellence, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual user download and subscription targets.
- Act as the official representative to establish, expand, and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including trading KOLs, IBs, trading academies, and copy-trading teams.
- Build long-term strategic alliances with various channels to continuously amplify partner subscription contributions.
- Lead the recruitment and incubation of global and regional master agents, establishing an efficient IB agent system.
- Optimize the operational mechanisms of Affiliate and Referral programs, designing attractive incentive policies to enhance agent retention and maximize subscription output within the agent ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within the Crypto industry is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in top-tier exchanges, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital currency exchange business models.
- Strong knowledge of spot and contract trading products, with intuitive insights into derivatives, leverage, and copy-trading products.
- At least two core functional experiences required: exchange BD/contract BD, Affiliate Manager, or KOL Manager.
- Special consideration for candidates with established industry resources.
- Ideal candidates should possess resources capable of generating monthly trading volumes in the tens of millions USD, or have successful case studies in managing large Affiliate/IB networks.
