Job Description
We are seeking a talented professional to build and operate a private domain ecosystem for U.S. stock investors across platforms such as Telegram, WeChat, Reddit, and more. The role involves designing and executing end-to-end SOPs from traffic acquisition to fund deposit and trading. Additionally, the candidate will develop high-conversion customer acquisition strategies, including collaborations with financial KOLs, MCN agencies, associations, and affiliate channels. The position requires identifying niche yet high-converting long-tail channels and exploring cross-industry partnership opportunities (e.g., offline retail) to uncover potential traffic sources.
The ideal candidate will leverage U.S. stock market trends and industry developments to plan high-growth, high-conversion marketing campaigns and external collaborations. Continuous monitoring of customer acquisition costs, retention rates, and customer lifetime value is essential to refine strategies through data-driven insights. The role also involves exploring innovative growth tactics and strategic partnerships aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage private community ecosystems for U.S. stock investors on platforms like Telegram, WeChat, and Reddit.
- Develop and optimize customer acquisition strategies, including partnerships with financial influencers and affiliate networks.
- Identify and leverage unconventional yet high-converting long-tail channels for growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns based on U.S. stock market trends and events.
- Track and analyze key metrics (CAC, retention, LTV) to refine strategies and resource allocation.
- Explore innovative growth opportunities and strategic collaborations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth or business development at an internet brokerage or cryptocurrency trading platform.
- Deep understanding of U.S. stock trading, options, derivatives, and cross-border investment logic is highly preferred.
- Expertise in private domain growth strategies with strong user psychology insights to drive conversions.
- Prior success in U.S. stock "influencer marketing" or large-scale viral campaigns is a plus.
