Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle East Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing our network of agents, channels, and KOLs in the Middle East region to drive platform transaction volume and user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and manage agents, channels, and KOLs in the Middle East region to increase platform transaction volume and user base.
- Conduct industry dynamics and competitive analysis, leveraging familiarity with mainstream crypto ecosystem platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Telegram.
- Collect and analyze feedback from agents, channels, and KOLs regarding product usage to help improve user experience and reputation.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve regional growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Middle East crypto ecosystem.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to enhance platform adoption.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of the Middle East market and its crypto ecosystem.
- Familiarity with mainstream social media and communication platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Telegram.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
