Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with local KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote our platform and develop business opportunities.
• Act as the company's representative to maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels.
• Execute and oversee the performance of KOL marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing channel cooperation results to ensure optimal performance and maximum return on investment (ROI).
• Stay updated on local industry trends, competitor movements, and market developments to strategize and implement effective actions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, influencer marketing, or partnership management, preferably in the Vietnam, CIS, or Korea markets.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and marketing channels.
• Excellent analytical skills to track performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Deep understanding of local market trends and competitor activities in the specified regions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and the local language(s) of the target markets (Vietnamese, Russian, Korean, etc.) is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the tech or digital platform industry, with a strong understanding of online marketing and community engagement.
• Ability to travel within the target regions to meet with partners and attend industry events.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to local markets.
