This position is fully commission-based, with commissions starting at a competitive rate of 10%.What you’ll focus on- Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts for sales prioritisation.- Define sales objectives, goals, and Scenarios & Success Factors (OKRs) to track and measure progress.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting and marketing, to align sales strategies with business objectives.- Actively prospect potential clients in the Web3 space through various channels.- Implement effective prospecting strategies to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline.- Leverage contacts and networks in Asia and the Americas to identify business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention.- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet evolving client needs.
