The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for expanding our agent network and driving business growth in target markets. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, market analysis, and relationship management skills to achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Agent Acquisition: Develop and expand the agent network in target markets, driving new agent registrations and onboarding.
- Social Media Management: Utilize and optimize various social media platforms in target markets to create engaging content and campaigns.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with agents to enhance loyalty, transaction volume, and activity levels.
- Market Expansion: Analyze industry trends and identify potential partners to broaden market channels and opportunities.
- Performance Growth: Drive agent transaction growth and achieve sales targets with additional bonus incentives for exceeding goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure prompt response and optimization of agent needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in exchange business development, candidates with existing resources preferred.
- Strong skills in client development and maintenance, with market insight and business negotiation capabilities.
- Results-driven with strong performance motivation and willingness to challenge for high bonuses.
- Excellent Chinese communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective teamwork and client interactions.
