Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to develop Payfi+ stablecoin acquiring business by identifying high-quality B2B merchants and key account (KA) clients. The ideal candidate will deeply understand customer needs from multiple perspectives and drive the implementation of customized solutions. Prior experience in crypto MT4 exchanges/wallets or related fields is highly preferred.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between traditional finance and blockchain technology, creating seamless payment solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand our stablecoin payment ecosystem and establish long-term partnerships with merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Payfi+ stablecoin acquiring business
- Identify and onboard premium B2B merchants and key account clients
- Analyze customer business needs and propose tailored payment solutions
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to implement customized features
- Maintain relationships with existing partners while exploring new business opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends in stablecoin payments and blockchain technology
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience in cross-border payments or blockchain payment industry
- Strong understanding of Web3 payments and stablecoin/fiat payment solutions
- Excellent logical and abstract thinking capabilities
- Prior experience with crypto MT4 exchanges or digital wallets is a significant advantage
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
