Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in exchange business development (candidates with existing networks preferred)
- Proven skills in client acquisition, retention, market analysis, and commercial negotiation
- Results-driven mindset with strong motivation to achieve high-performance targets
- Excellent Chinese communication skills (written & spoken) for effective team and client interactions
