Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and managing contract trading business channels to achieve monthly performance targets. The role involves recruiting and managing agents, brokers, partners, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) within the assigned region. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying user needs, and providing customized services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage contract trading business channels to ensure monthly performance targets are met.
- Recruit and manage regional agents, brokers, partners, and KOLs to expand business reach.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by identifying user needs and providing tailored services.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Expand regional sales channels to increase market penetration and business growth.
- Organize and execute targeted marketing activities in the regional market to enhance user engagement and activity.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in the trading or financial services industry.
- Strong ability to recruit and manage agents, brokers, and partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to organize and execute marketing activities to boost user engagement.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving performance targets.
- Fluency in English is preferred, as the role may involve international stakeholders.
