Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product brand strategy to position Coin98's products as leading brands in the Web3 industry, including market research, competitor analysis, and target audience identification.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, design, and marketing to ensure cohesive execution of brand initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
 - Develop and manage budgets for product brand initiatives, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring all spending aligns with company financial goals and strategic priorities.
 - Translate brand elements such as mission, vision, and core values into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies, including content creation, channel selection, and campaign execution.
 - Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve brand objectives.
 - Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product brand initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) like brand awareness, user engagement, and market share growth, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

 - Proficiency in budget management and financial planning, with experience in allocating resources for marketing campaigns and tracking ROI.
 - Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and cryptocurrency markets to create relevant and forward-thinking brand strategies.
 - Leadership experience in managing marketing teams, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members toward achieving brand goals.
 - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management systems) to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
 - Ability to translate abstract brand concepts into tangible marketing plans, including creative direction, messaging frameworks, and execution timelines.
