Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our blockchain trading platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing core trading modules while ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain core backend modules for on-chain trading including Meme coins, multi-chain tokens, contracts, and prediction markets. Interface with DEXs and on-chain RPC to implement functions like chain signatures, order placement, transaction broadcasting, and receipt parsing.
- Build systems for collecting, cleaning, aggregating, storing, and distributing on-chain market data and Meme ecosystem data. Develop data services including token monitoring, new coin scanning, whale wallet tracking, and popularity metrics to support AI-powered recommendations.
- Develop and maintain backend platform services ensuring high availability, high concurrency, and low latency. Design decoupling solutions and manage complex transaction states while implementing service monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Lead engineering efficiency initiatives including CI/CD implementation, automated testing, canary releases, and production operations to improve team delivery efficiency.
- Participate in business requirement reviews and technical design for Meme-related features. Collaborate with product, frontend, and AI teams to iterate trading terminal products based on understanding of Meme coin trading scenarios, market cycles, and user behavior.
- Stay updated with blockchain ecosystem and Meme sector trends, conduct technical research, and continuously optimize product architecture.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, networking, and operating systems.
- Proficiency in Go programming with experience in asynchronous and concurrent programming.
- Experience with MySQL, Redis, and message queues like Kafka. Familiarity with distributed systems development.
- Expertise in high-concurrency system design, business decoupling, distributed transactions, and complex state management.
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and experience with at least one public chain (EVM/Solana). Prior experience with on-chain interactions, DEX integration, or Meme coin backend development.
- Familiarity with Meme ecosystem including market dynamics, trending logic, and on-chain metrics. Experience developing Meme tools, chain scanners, or trading bots is preferred.
- Strong interest in Web3 and AI trading with self-motivation and proactive learning attitude.
- Must demonstrate mastery of AI-assisted development and AI Agent tools for backend requirements analysis, technical design, Go coding, debugging, testing, optimization, code review, and documentation.
- Proficient in task decomposition, prompt engineering, context management, codebase search, tool integration, and workflow orchestration with AI.
- Capable of validating AI outputs and ensuring security by identifying hallucinations, unsafe code, and technical errors through compilation, testing, static analysis, benchmarking, and manual review.
- Must provide at least one case study demonstrating practical use of AI/Agent to improve development efficiency or quality, including task breakdown, tool selection, validation methods, and measurable benefits.
