Job Description
The Oi! Network Ambassador Program offers a dynamic platform for individuals to contribute to the growth and success of the Oi! brand. Ambassadors will engage in a variety of tasks including content creation, social media leadership, geographic expansion initiatives, and community engagement activities. This role is designed for passionate individuals who thrive on creativity and collaboration, providing opportunities to shape the brand's presence in their local communities and beyond. The program emphasizes flexibility, allowing ambassadors to tailor their responsibilities to align with personal interests and strengths while also encouraging innovative ideas that can be implemented with team support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, videos, social media updates) that showcases Oi!'s brand identity and values.
- Lead and manage social media activities across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Organize and execute local events, meetups, or gatherings to expand Oi!'s geographic reach and foster community connections.
- Act as a community manager by maintaining online engagement, responding to user feedback, and nurturing relationships with followers and partners.
- Collaborate with the Oi! team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies for brand promotion and audience growth.
- Track and analyze the impact of initiatives to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Oi! at local events, conferences, or networking opportunities to build brand credibility and partnerships.
- Engage in cross-functional projects that align with Oi!'s mission and goals, contributing to both short-term objectives and long-term vision.
Job Requirements
- Strong passion for content creation, digital marketing, and community building.
- Proven experience in social media management or marketing, with a demonstrated ability to drive engagement and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with the Oi! team and other ambassadors.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation, analytics, and project management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, with additional language skills being a plus.
- Commitment to representing Oi! with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions.
- Availability to participate in regular check-ins, training sessions, and collaborative workshops.
- Ability to adapt to evolving brand strategies and contribute creative solutions to challenges.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
