Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- App Store Advertising & Growth (ASO & ASA): Develop and execute advertising strategies for App Store and Google Play (including keyword ads ASA and creative placements) to increase downloads and conversion rates. Create and implement growth plans while monitoring campaign performance and ROI.
- Search Marketing Strategy (SEO & SEM): Formulate Google SEO and SEM strategies to enhance product visibility in search results. Collaborate with channel partners (Google, Meta, TikTok) to manage search and display ad budgets while optimizing customer acquisition efficiency.
- User Growth & Channel Expansion: Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (store ads, search ads, information flow, partnership channels). Analyze channel performance metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV, retention) to refine strategies and conversion funnels.
- Data-Driven Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console to track campaign effectiveness. Produce regular performance reports to guide optimization and resource allocation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Data Analysis or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile app advertising/growth with proven success in managing independent campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of App Store and Google Play advertising mechanisms along with SEO/SEM strategies.
- Hands-on experience with advertising channels (Google Ads, ASA, Meta, TikTok Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns based on ROI, CAC, LTV and other KPIs.
- Proficiency in English as working language; overseas advertising experience preferred.
