Job Description
We are looking for a skilled backend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a backend data panel, designing real-time transaction dashboards, and building robust data aggregation systems. You will work on cutting-edge blockchain technologies and ensure high-performance data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a backend data panel, design and develop a real-time transaction data dashboard (user behavior, transaction volume, fee income, etc.)
- Build an on-chain and off-chain data aggregation system, support multi-dimensional analysis to optimize data query performance, and ensure high real-time response
- Lead the technical architecture design of the token launch platform (internal and external migration logic)
- Develop a cross-chain asset issuance plan (BSC/Solana/Ethereum) and write technical documents
- Design a highly available and scalable microservice architecture, manage database optimization, caching strategies, and load balancing
- Ensure system security and compliance, in line with industry best practices
- Develop smart contracts and ensure security, including token launch and core contract development (supporting multiple issuance modes)
- Lead smart contract auditing to ensure no major vulnerabilities, design emergency circuit breakers, and respond to market anomalies
- Conduct stress testing on system resilience and performance optimization (simulating high concurrency trading scenarios)
- Optimize API response speed, ensure millisecond-level delay in monitoring on-chain gas fees, and optimize contract execution efficiency
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of the asset issuance track, familiar with core concepts such as Launchpad, DEX, and liquidity pools
- Keen insight into trends such as Meme coin, DeFi, and NFTFi, able to optimize product functionality in conjunction with market hotspots
- Rapid iteration capability to maintain an efficient development pace in high-pressure environments
- Ability to respond quickly to market changes, adjust technical solutions, and promote agile team development
- Strong priority management and execution ability to maintain efficient output in high-intensity work environments
- Result-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify key tasks and avoid resource waste
- No tolerance for candidates who mix days and resumes; must be highly motivated and driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, BSC, and Solana
- Proven track record in smart contract development and security auditing
- Strong background in microservice architecture and system optimization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
