Loop is a circular protocol designed specifically for LP (Liquidity Provider) tokens, aimed at maximizing capital efficiency. Users can utilize LP tokens to create Delta-neutral leveraged positions, thereby achieving higher returns and more points on their assets. This concept is referred to as a ‘smart collateral loop’ because the users’ collateral can also generate additional earnings on platforms such as Pendle.
