Aegis is a stablecoin platform supported by Bitcoin, with its YUSD being completely independent of the fiat banking system. The platform aims to protect savings from the adverse effects of hyperinflation of fiat currencies. Aegis exploits arbitrage opportunities in funding rates through delta-neutral transactions in both the spot and perpetual contract markets, effectively profiting from these fees.
